The polypropylene needle-punched filter bag is a corrosion-resistant filtration material made from polypropylene fiber through a needle-punching process.
①Performance Parameters:Resistance to moderate acids/alkalis (pH 2–12);Temperature resistance:（Continuous use: ≤90℃; short-term exposure: 100℃;）；Hydrophobic and moisture-resistant properties;Air permeability: 5–20 m³/m²·min;Filtration efficiency ≥99%, capturing dust particles >3 μm.
②Applications:Chemical acid mist (e.g., electroplating exhaust gases);Pharmaceutical dust recovery in environments with weakly corrosive gases, high humidity, or low-temperature conditions (≤90℃).
③Limitations:Avoid exposure to organic solvents, strong oxidizers, or high-temperature flue gases.
