2.2.4 Water-Repellent, Oil-Resistant, and Anti-Static Aramid Needle-Punched Dust Filter Bags (NOMEX)
The water-repellent, oil-resistant, and anti-static aramid needle-punched filter bag uses aramid needle-punched felt as the base material. Its surface is treated with fluorine-containing impregnation or activated membrane coating to form hydrophobic/oleophobic layers, and incorporates blended conductive fibers (surface resistance ≤10⁸ Ω).
①Temperature Resistance: ≤200℃.
②Applications:Grain processing, coal powder collection, and other medium-low temperature (≤200℃) explosion-proof scenarios involving oil mist or weak solvents;Benzene-containing exhaust gases in coking plants require temperature control <120℃;High-humidity environments (humidity >60%) necessitate temperature control <100℃ or membrane coating protection.
