2.2.1 PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Needle-Punched Dust Filter Bags
The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) needle-punched filter bag is a high-performance filtration material made from PTFE fiber through a needle-punching process.
①Performance Parameters:Temperature resistance: -200℃ to 260℃ (short-term exposure up to 300℃);Resistance to strong acids/alkalis/organic solvents (except fluorine gas and molten alkali metals);Surface friction coefficient ≤0.04;PM0.3 filtration efficiency >99.9% (ISO 16890);Radial strength ≥400 N/5 cm.
②Applications:Waste incineration (dioxin-containing flue gas);Coal-fired power plants (SO₃ emissions);Chemical and metallurgical industries (HF gas) for high-temperature, highly corrosive flue gas purification.
③Critical Requirements:Conductive fibers (resistance ≤10⁸ Ω) must be added for explosion-proof scenarios;Ensures ultra-low emissions (<5 mg/Nm³) and long service life.
