The GL glass fiber needle-punched filter bag is a high-temperature-resistant base material manufactured from glass fiber through a needle-punching process.
①Performance Parameters:Continuous temperature resistance: ≤260℃ (short-term exposure: 280℃);Resistance to dry acidic gases (pH 1–9);Tensile strength ≥1200 N/5 cm (base material);Filtration efficiency ≥99.5% (for particles >1 μm) after PTFE membrane coating;Shrinkage rate <1% (tested at 260℃ for 24 hours).
②Applications:Coal-fired power plants, carbon black production, and other scenarios involving high-temperature (≤260℃), dry acidic flue gases containing SO₃ or HF;Requires membrane coating/surface treatment to enhance flex resistance.
③Limitations:Prohibited in alkaline environments (pH >9), liquid acid-containing scenarios, or ammonia gas exposure.
